Navigating the Path to Care
We believe quality trauma-informed care should be accessible. We are pleased to partner with several major insurance providers to support your healing journey.
In-Network Provider: BlueCross BlueShield of Texas, Aetna, Cigna, Ascension (SmartHealth), Carelon Behavioral Health, Oscar (Optum), United Healthcare (Optum), and Oxford (Optum).
Out-of-Network: If we are not in-network with your specific plan, we can provide a monthly Superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement or you may use Thrizer. Our private pay rate for a 60 minute session is $150.
Coverage Verification: We recommend contacting your insurance provider prior to your first session to verify your mental health benefits, copay, and deductible.
Located with easy access to the Highway 75 and PGBT, our practice is a central location for clients in Plano, Frisco, Richardson and North Dallas. We offer a tranquil, restorative environment where the noise of the city fades, allowing you to prioritize your growth and restoration.

For those across the state of Texas, we also offer secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions, allowing you to engage in your season of healing from the comfort of your own space.

Let Us Handle the Details
We want to make the logistics as seamless as possible so you can focus on your healing. Provide an email below and we will contact you to verify your coverage before your first visit.
Your First Visit
-
Please bring your insurance card and a photo ID. You will receive your intake paperwork via our secure portal after scheduling an appointment.
-
We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations to avoid a late-cancellation fee.
-
Our first meeting is a gentle, low-pressure time for us to get to know one another. While we will discuss some of your history and what brings you in for support, our primary focus is on establishing safety and ensuring you feel comfortable in our space. We will talk through your goals for this season and begin to outline a roadmap for your healing. There is no right or wrong way to show up; you are invited to come exactly as you are.
-
A Season For is a collaborative practice. When you reach out, we will match you with the counselor who best fits your specific needs and schedule. If you are working with one of our talented Associates, you benefit from their fresh clinical perspective combined with my 13 years of experience through our weekly behind-the-scenes supervision.
While we are pleased to partner with various insurance providers, please note that a quote of benefits is not a guarantee of payment. Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your provider; therefore, any costs not covered by your insurance—including co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services—are the responsibility of the client. We encourage all clients to contact their member services representative prior to our first meeting to fully understand their mental health benefits. This ensures that our focus can remain where it belongs: on your healing and restoration."
